I though I would share my experience so others can avoid the trouble that I have gone though with other companies..
I asked to cancel the order and obtain a refund and this was rejected citing the invoice states that Sydney Tools may take up to the 14th of September to dispatch the items. This will be 13 days to pack and ship an item.
Gather a shit ton of evidence and let PayPal know what you intend to do as part of the process, in case they have other ideas for you.
Unless you can physically go into this store and walk out with something I wouldn't go near them. I buy a lot of things online, from all around the world, and they are the worst I've run into.

The product is listed with a one year warranty but the Makita site specifically states skins have a three year warranty and batteries have a two year warranty.
By ring open end do you mean combination? I like the older preference for seperate double open and double ring, I just think 75 degree deep offset double ring spanners are neat! (Or the more shallow Japanese or old Australian 45 degree double ring style for that matter).
But in any kind of service, it is entirely not appropriate to refer to the customer as 'mate'. They are not your 'mate', they are your customer, you call them Sir or Madam or Mr(s) X unless аркада казино otherwise directed.
On balance, it would appear that Sydney Tools is a poor company to deal with, but I base this not on the one post wonders but the others with reputation, who berate Sydney Tools.
2. Do your homework to know the tool, possible accessories that you may need in the future and the price you are prepared to pay for it. Do not rely on what you are told by staff, it may be true, partially true or it may be 'muddy water'.
Saga started in July 2015 when the tool broke on first use.. returned for refund as it was a sunday that it broke and I need replacement "now". So i brought a new set at higher price.

I recommend NBM in penrith. The guys there are friendly and helpful. They sell bolts but they also can sell you anything you want to get.
